Information Entered by a Visitor
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result. Eastvale Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those search terms on its own servers. A message sent to the contact address is visible to the operator only as written and is used to answer that message.
Routine Technical Logs
The host may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps in ordinary server logs. Those records are reviewed in aggregate for site health and general page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools where those tools are active.
How the Limited Data Is Used
Technical data supports operation, fault repair, traffic counts, and page improvement. Visitor lists are not sold, and the operator does not build an individual profile from ordinary site use.
External Portals and Collections
Pages link to Riverside County and California portals, Corona library collections, archives, and sponsored search tools. Once a visitor leaves this domain, the destination’s privacy policy controls what is submitted and retained. A third-party provider supplies the sponsored results and sets its own data practices.
Who May Process It
Hosting and technical service providers may handle server logs while supporting the domain. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Disclosure occurs when valid legal process requires it; otherwise, the operator does not disclose it as a routine matter.
Security and Retention
The domain uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for as long as the purposes above call for them. Because there are no visitor accounts, this site does not hold a reader password or personal profile that could be exposed through an account breach.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, use the contact route so the operator can review and delete it.
California Privacy Choices
California’s Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code sections 1798.100 and following, can provide rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit sensitive-data use, and avoid discrimination, subject to its exceptions. The California privacy guidance explains the framework. Because this domain keeps little, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing what is found where removal is required. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by California, Riverside County, or Eastvale remain under the control of their custodians.
California’s DROP process, created by Civil Code section 1798.99.80, can send a deletion request to registered data brokers. It does not erase a county deed, court record, voter file, or other government record. Requests concerning those records belong with the office that maintains them.
Changes to This Policy
A revised policy will be posted here when the practices or legal information change. Continued use after the posting indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
